What to Record
Date & Version
Write down the date and version label shown by the game or the source you are reviewing.
Class or System
Note which class, skill group, item type, activity, or combat system the change concerns.
What Needs Rechecking
List the class guide, build notes, equipment choices, or activity plan that may now be out of date.
What You Confirmed
Record only what you confirmed. Keep older notes dated so their original context remains clear.
