This guide documents the game's main progression and structure; some specific details are still being verified and are noted where relevant.

Controls

The D-pad handles directional movement, walking left and right, with running achieved by holding a direction. Jelly Boy attacks by punching enemies with his extending fist.

Collectibles / Items

Musical notes restore health; fruit grants extra lives.

Levels / Worlds

The SNES version has eight stages per world; the Game Boy port has six stages per world. Each world's levels culminate in a boss fight; defeating the boss advances the player to the next world. Every level contains a hidden puzzle piece; once all of a world's puzzle pieces are collected, that world's boss becomes accessible/unlocked.

Transformations / Power-ups

Jelly Boy can transform into various objects/vehicles via power-ups to solve level-specific challenges, including a hot air balloon, a submarine, a skateboard, and a pogo stick. The Helicopter transformation is required to beat the Toy World boss and can fire pellets straight ahead to damage enemies. The Flamethrower transformation lets Jelly Boy burn enemies and melt ice cube obstacles.

Progression / Required Objectives

The game is organized into six worlds; each world requires collecting all hidden puzzle pieces across its levels to unlock that world's boss fight. Full completion of all six worlds unlocks a final confrontation with the toy factory owner (the game's overall antagonist).

Bosses

Six world-ending bosses exist (one per world), plus a final boss (the factory owner) after all six are cleared. Individual boss names beyond the general "Toy World boss" reference were not confirmed from sources accessed in this pass.
