Mario Paint
Mario Paint (1992) was the first game to use the SNES Mouse peripheral, which it shipped bundled with. It's a raster graphics editor with brush/pattern/fill tools, a Stamp mode with 120 built-in stamps, an Animation mode, and a Music Composer — plus one actual scored minigame, Gnat Attack (called Coffee Break in the manual).
Availability: Nintendo Switch Online — Super Nintendo Entertainment System app (Nintendo Classics), added July 2025 with Mouse Mode support (USB mouse on either Switch generation, or Joy-Con 2 Mouse Mode on Switch 2).
Mario Paint is a creativity application, not a level-based game — a level-by-level walkthrough doesn't exist here, so this guide documents its modes and its one real minigame instead.
