Star Wars Outlaws Contracts Tracker
Use this page when you are comparing jobs, deciding which syndicate relationship matters to you, or trying to remember why a region, contact, or opportunity changed during your playthrough.
Before You Accept a Contract
Read the full offer before leaving the contact or contract screen. A useful decision is not only about the reward: it also accounts for who benefits, who may be harmed, where the job sends you, and whether your current reputation makes the route easier or more dangerous.
Check the Employer
Identify the syndicate or contact behind the offer. If you are protecting a particular relationship, note whether accepting or completing the job appears likely to support that goal.
Read the Objective
Separate the required objective from optional opportunities. Look for delivery, theft, infiltration, recovery, or elimination language so you can prepare the right tools and approach.
Review the Destination
Check the region and travel burden. A modest job may still be useful if it fits your current route, while a distant contract can interrupt exploration or another objective.
Compare the Visible Reward
Record exactly what your game shows, then weigh it against travel, risk, and reputation consequences. Do not assume two similar-looking offers produce identical results.
Syndicate Impact Checklist
Who Gains?
Write down the employer and any group the objective directly helps. Keep observed effects separate from effects you merely expect.
Who May Lose?
Note whose territory, goods, people, or plans are involved. A contract can create friction with a group that did not issue the job.
Current Relationship
Record your visible standing before starting. This gives you a baseline for judging any relationship change shown afterward.
Acceptable Trade-Off
Decide in advance whether you are willing to weaken one relationship to strengthen another. If not, leave the contract until your priorities change.
Region and Contact Notes
Keep a short note for each contact rather than relying on the contract title alone. Record where you met them, which region the job uses, nearby travel points you have unlocked, and whether the objective crosses controlled territory. This makes it easier to group contracts into one trip and avoid returning without the equipment, access, or reputation you wanted.
Route Planning
Combine a contract with exploration or another objective when their routes overlap. Note restricted areas and likely escape paths before entering.
Contact History
Track which contacts offered useful work, which jobs involved competing interests, and whether new dialogue or opportunities appeared after completion.
Risk, Reward, and Approach
Stealth Approach
Favor observation, quieter entry points, distractions, and a planned exit when you want to limit open conflict. Before committing, identify patrol patterns and places where a failed attempt could turn into a chase.
Combat Approach
Direct action can be simpler to understand but may create more pressure, consume resources, or make escape harder. Check your health, ammunition, equipment, and nearby cover before escalating.
Risk/Reward Decision
Ask whether the visible reward advances your current goal enough to justify travel, hostile territory, resource use, and possible reputation consequences.
Fallback Plan
Choose an exit route and decide what would make you disengage. A clean retreat can be better than forcing a poor completion attempt.
When to Pause Before Completing
Before the final handoff or objective, pause if the game presents a choice, names another interested party, shows a reputation warning, or offers a different recipient. Re-read the objective and compare it with your relationship priorities. If the consequences are unclear, make a save when the game permits and record what the screen actually says before choosing.
Practical Contract Tracker
Use one entry per accepted or considered job. Short, factual notes are more useful than trying to reconstruct the decision later.
Offer
Contract name shown; contact; employer; region; objective summary; visible reward; accepted, declined, or undecided.
Before Starting
Current syndicate standing; competing interest; travel route; restricted territory; preferred entry; equipment or resources to check.
During the Job
Stealth or combat approach; discovered route; optional choice; warning shown; change of plan; intended exit.
After Completion
Reward received; reputation direction shown; recipient chosen; dialogue or access change; follow-up opportunity; result worth repeating.
Exact rewards, reputation values, contract names, map locations, and outcomes can depend on the offer, game version, or choices made. Check those details in the current game or a dated, reliable source before treating them as fixed. This tracker does not claim guaranteed outcomes, hidden formulas, or one correct route through a contract.
