What This Walkthrough Covers
Each route page covers one section of the main story. Routes describe the approach — objectives, movement choices, syndicate implications, and what to note before you leave. Where exact location names, rewards, or step-by-step specifics are not yet on file, the page says so clearly in its Details Still Being Filled In section.
Pick your platform above before Route 01. Read the stealth, reputation, gear, and cleanup notes below before starting a major route — especially before entering the final act, which narrows your options. Universal notes apply across all platforms unless a route page calls out a console difference.
Walkthrough Routes
Early Routes — Linear
These routes follow the main story closely. The game introduces Kay Voss, Nix, the wanted system, and the syndicate reputation layer in a controlled sequence. Expect limited open-world branching during this phase.

Final Act Routes — Lock-In Ahead
The final section of the walkthrough. These routes move toward the game's ending. Before advancing into this group, finish any syndicate cleanup, optional contracts, or open objectives you want to complete. Once the final act begins, the path narrows and earlier open-world options may no longer be accessible.
The final routes commit Kay Voss to a course of action that resolves the main story. Before entering this group, check outstanding syndicate contracts, optional objectives you want to close, and your current gear state. The specific point where options close is noted on the Route 19 page when it is documented. Do not assume you can return to earlier areas freely once the final sequence begins.

Approach Notes
Stealth & Wanted System
Kay Voss has both stealth paths and direct engagement options throughout the game. The wanted system is active across territories — raising your heat level can make traversal and contract access harder in that region.
- Use Nix to scout or distract before committing to an approach in a controlled area
- Low-heat paths through early routes establish habits that carry into the open mid-game
- Note which in-game actions the wanted meter reacts to — the system varies by territory
- Stealth bypasses that work in one region may not work the same way in another
Reputation & Syndicate Standing
Star Wars Outlaws tracks Kay Voss's standing with major criminal syndicates across the galaxy. Reputation affects what contracts you can access, which areas let you move freely, and how NPCs treat you within faction territory.
- Open the syndicate or reputation panel when the game first surfaces it — read it before each major decision
- Helping one faction often costs standing with a rival — identify the tradeoff before committing
- Use the Contracts Tracker to log which faction was involved, what changed, and in which direction
- Reputation built during mid-game routes affects the options available when the final act begins
Gear & Kit Preparation
Note your current gear loadout before entering routes that involve confrontation or a specific objective type. Some routes favor a specific approach — the route page will flag this when documented.
- Check your speeder, weapons, and Nix abilities before a route that warns of high-hostility areas
- Gear that unlocks new traversal or stealth options can open alternative paths — check your current kit before assuming a path is blocked
- Record what gear you entered a route with if a route goes unexpectedly — helps identify what changed
Cleanup & Optional Objectives
Star Wars Outlaws includes optional contracts, side objectives, and syndicate jobs that exist outside the main route sequence. These are most accessible during the mid-game open phase.
- Before advancing from Route 18 into the final act, close any optional objectives you want on the record
- Syndicate contracts gained during open routes may expire or become inaccessible after a story advance — check before moving forward
- The Contracts Tracker is the best place to log open optional jobs so you can return to them before the final act begins
- Do not assume cleanup can be done after a route that causes a major story shift — the route page will call this out when documented
