Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (1995) is a standalone SNES platformer distinct from the "Yoshi's Island" world inside the original Super Mario World. Baby Mario rides on Yoshi's back across six worlds; when Yoshi is hit, Baby Mario is set adrift in a bubble on a recovery countdown. This is also a different game from the Game Boy Advance remake (Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3) and the Nintendo DS sequel — their content should not be mixed in.
Availability: Nintendo Switch Online — Super Nintendo Entertainment System app (Nintendo Classics)
This guide walks all six worlds start to finish; a small set of exact button-to-action mappings is withheld pending confirmation rather than guessed.

- World 2

Still confirming
- A fully corroborated, official button-by-button control mapping was not confirmed in this research pass — specific button letters are withheld above rather than guessed; the moves themselves are well documented.
